Our Home and Community Supports Program is designed to provide comprehensive support that empowers individuals and their families through tailored services that promote independence, social integration, and overall well-being.

Re-Entry Counseling Services

Re-entry is a critical transition that can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain. Our Re-Entry Counseling services are designed to support individuals returning to the community after incarceration by addressing the emotional, psychological, and practical challenges that often accompany this transition.

We provide trauma informed, person centered counseling that helps clients adjust to life after incarceration, manage stress and emotions, and build the skills necessary for long term stability and success. Our clinicians understand the unique impact of justice involvement and work collaboratively with each individual to create a realistic, strengths based path forward.
